Short biography:
Guillaume Déprez is a Associate Professor of Work and Organizational Psychology at the University of Bordeaux (Laboratoire de Psychologie UR4139). He worked for UmbraGroup under the ORBETEC-797338 MSCA-IF-SE grant. His MSCA fellowship enabled him to develop a human resources management model for Industry 4.0. He studies organizational behaviors (deviant, extra-role, proactive, innovative and prosocial) and their relationship to the work environment. His latest work focuses on the analysis of these behaviors in an organizational context relating to industries 4.0, via the study of new technologies and their effects on the organizational context, as well as on the dynamics of innovative teams. He is a member of several associations (e.g., AIPTLF, EAWOP, EAOHP) and has published in national and international journals. He is strongly involved in the logic of open science. Furthermore, he is an expert on the CIESCT scientific committee.
My engagement with/interest in Open Science:
I'm involved in open science projects in my lab. After my ERC MSCA, I've developed a strong affinity for these issues and practices.
