My engagement with/interest in Open Science:
I believe that most research outputs should be (if possible) available for everybody. However, the researchers should also be acknowledged for all the work they do for this. In my work, one of my main tasks is to advance the data management in Estonia. For this I work together with our main funder (Estonian Research Council) and organize different data management related courses for all the researchers in Estonia.
