When?
The event spans two days. It takes place on 29 and 30 April via Zoom.
Monday, 29 April: ENLIGHT Matchmaking Tools Presentation and Project Pitching
Discover the ENLIGHT matchmaking tools and engage in concise pitching sessions dedicated to fostering research collaborations. Whether you are seeking partners for an ENLIGHT Thematic Network or preparing a joint funding proposal, this is your chance to present your ideas in a brief 5-minute pitch, followed by a focused 5-minute Q&A session.
Thematic sessions will be organized along our six ENLIGHT focus areas:
- Health and wellbeing
- Culture and creativity
- Climate change
- Digitalization and digital revolution
- Equity
- Energy and circular economy

Tuesday, 30 April: Event for Early Career Researchers
Participate in a focused event tailored for Early Career Researchers, addressing leadership and networking from both theoretical and practical perspectives.
A workshop will be carried out by Juko-Mart Kõlar from the University of Tartu with a practical case study on navigating the complexities of building and managing a diverse team in a fiercely competitive landscape. He will outline strategies and techniques for fostering an environment where every team member comprehends their role in achieving objectives and where efficient coordination mechanisms are ingrained in the daily culture.
