In this webinar, we will explore how science communication can help strengthen public trust in science in the face of urgent societal challenges such as the COVID-19 pandemic and climate change. As science becomes increasingly politicized, effective and transparent communication is essential.
Hildrun Walter from the University of Graz will share her insights on the roles researchers can take in engaging with the public, the responsibilities these roles carry, and the potential impact on public trust. Together with the audience, we will also discuss how Open Science practices can support more credible, inclusive, and impactful science communication.
