InfraCARE - Urban Infrastructures for Climate Action and Repair. Urban environments across the globe are facing increasingly complex challenges brought on by climate change. Scientific consensus indicates that climate impacts are felt disproportionately in socio-economically marginalized communities. In responding to these challenges, the InfraCARE thematic network delves into the multifaceted dimensions of urban climate justice by rethinking the dynamics between care and infrastructure, tracing out more inclusive and reparative infrastructure conditions in cities using a comprehensive and collaborative approach.

The ENLIGHT Thematic “Interdisciplinary Network on the Impact of Sex and Gender in Health” aims to establish a sustainable and interdisciplinary collaborative platform to address a critical but often overlooked dimension of health and wellbeing: the role of sex and gender differences in health outcomes, research, education and clinical practice.

PLASTIMPACT: Fate and Impact of Plastics – from Macro to Nano – on Planetary Health. The acronym PLASTIMPACT refers to both the huge impact of plastic pollution on our planet and the impact this network aims to generate through joint scientific, educational and outreach activities. Aligned with this goal, the vision of the ETN consortium is to increase awareness and understanding of plastic pollution among different societal agents, thus contributing to the global efforts to advance towards a planet with significantly reduced plastic pollution.
